You can contact me via phone or email to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation during which we can discuss your needs, history, background, and goals for therapy. I can also answer any questions you have about me or therapy in general. After determining if it’s a good fit, we’ll set up an appointment and be on our way.

I am an “out of network provider” which means I do not accept insurance or bill insurance at my practice. However, I can provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have a PPO insurance plan.
While I understand not accepting insurance might make therapy less accessible, I strongly believe that providing therapy independent of insurance leads to better outcomes and a better therapeutic experience for clients. Maintaining distance from insurance companies allows you to have more privacy and control. It also allows me to have more space and resources to provide you with the quality care you deserve.

My fee for a 50-minute session is $200 for individual adults and $225 for couples.
Therapy is a commitment. It requires time, energy, money, and trust in both yourself and in me. To see the benefits of your commitment, it is best to meet at least once per week. For those looking for a deeper treatment, twice per week is recommended.

Clients have said they feel safe working with me. I believe my warmth and non-judgmental approach creates the conditions for you to tend to your deepest wounds and express your most vulnerable needs. I provide holistic care meaning I am listening to your thoughts, emotions, dreams, and considering what your body may also be communicating. This is such tender work, so you will find that when I show up as a human in the room, you are able to relax, be yourself, and explore.

Therapy is a creative, collaborative, and ever-evolving process. While some clients want to focus on specific goals for a shorter period of time, many prefer to work deeply over several months or years to uproot underlying patterns.

Starting your therapy journey is a fantastic opportunity to experiment with trusting your gut. Our first session will give you an idea of what it is like to sit with me — I’ll invite you to share your goals, desires, and story with me. We may enjoy a laugh or sit with an unexpected visiting emotion. You can decide if my style feels right for you. If it’s not the right fit, I would be happy to provide you with referrals for other therapists who might be.
