About Me

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University where I specialized in spiritual and depth psychotherapy. This education laid the foundation for my approach. I believe my clients aren’t just searching for surface fixes but are longing for deep, lasting transformation.

To facilitate your inward journey, I prioritize warmth, openness, and authenticity. We will co-create a relationship rooted in mutual trust so you can explore your inner-world. I will walk alongside you as a humble witness, offering tools, guidance, and direct feedback.

Together, we can explore what’s keeping you in pain and release difficult emotions with gentle compassion. By acknowledging and moving through grief, fear, and unhelpful patterns, you can experience a greater capacity for love, joy, and connection.

My specialty lies with those struggling in relationships – whether that means you find yourself choosing the same difficult partners or you fear opening up to new people. I truly believe that relationships make our lives meaningful. I would love to help you feel more connected to yourself and others.

With a background in the music industry, I also enjoy working with artists, creatives, or other entertainment industry professionals.

My Approach

  • Our earliest relational experiences become the blueprint for our relationships in adulthood. With an approach rooted in psychodynamic therapy, I help clients explore what unconscious patterns may be impacting them in the present. Learn more about psychodynamic therapy here

  • While I offer insights and direct feedback, I believe that you are the expert of your own life. The unconditional acceptance I offer allows you to safely explore your inner-world. Learn more about humanistic therapy here.

  • Sometimes couples get so lost in the “who/what/how” of the problem that they miss the deeper layers of emotion underneath. By exploring and expressing more vulnerable feelings and needs, intimacy blossoms. Learn more about emotionally-focused therapy here.

  • Not a Jungian analyst, just Jungian at heart. I weave in Jungian concepts such as shadow, archetypes (or “parts”), and dream work. Learn more about Jungian therapy here.
